First I found some people who run group hiking tours and went with them to Bosnia and Herzegovina. But I didn't like the format at all. The group was a very mixed crowd. The guides didn't really give us time to just enjoy the nature. And the people around me spent the whole trip talking about their problems. I never got to rest. So I decided I needed to find a quiet place and go alone. All I wanted was silence and rest: no guides, no chatter, just mountains.

Together with Claude, I spent a long time researching where I could go to fit into a week of vacation, not rush anything and not overpay for visas. The choice fell on Montenegro, Prokletije National Park.
