Is there a bus from Gusinje to Plav? Yes. All four services call at Plav first, so any of them will get you there. It is the first stop out of Gusinje.

Can I buy the ticket online? Yes, at busticket4.me. It costs about 15.80 euros and has to be printed before you travel. Otherwise pay the driver in cash on board.
